The new Villa "Caprifogli" rises on the country farm of "Podere Canunget", a surface of 2.5 hectars.

Impressive view over Alghero Gulf and a green sea of olive groves from the huge veranda (35 sqm) create a nice atmosphere for eating-time and relax. The house has a exposed stone walls and is surrounded by olive trees and gardens. It is two-floor and each level is completely independent from the other. Perfect for large families or groups of friends, it sleeps 8 in four bedrooms (+1).

The up floor is 50 sqm rationally divided in a dining-room, kitchen, bathroom and two bed-rooms (a double-bed and two single bed overlapped).The whole furniture is artwork and elegant; in particular, the dining-room has a traditional carved chestnut furnishing. Beamed ceilings.

The first floor, 65 sqm, is composed of a kitchen, dining-room, two bathrooms. Two bedrooms: one with a double-bed queen size and the other two single beds that can be combined. One adjoining room to a double room, with a sofa bed suitable for one or two people. There are two bathrooms, manicured in detail, the furnishings are handmade, embellished with some antique furniture: all it's extremely comfortable and great taste. From the veranda you can see a glimpse of the sea and have lunch overlooking the garden and the olive groves.

Large green space outside, barbecue and a shower after a sea day. 700 metres as the crow flies from the sea, 1,5 Kms from the town of Alghero. Quiet and fashioning place.

Rules and notes

• We rent preferably from Saturday to Saturday during July and August;
• No pets are allowed;
• A minimum stay of three nights is expected, except during Christmas and New Year time.
